A 33-year-old woman died of coronavirus in Istanbul

24th term Amasya member of parliament of Republican People’s Party (CHP) Ramis Topal’s 33-year-old nephew Dilek Tahtalı who lives in Istanbul died of coronavirus.

33-year-old Dilek Tahtalı who works at Acıbadem International Hospital in Istanbul, succumbed to coronavirus in Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Education Research Hospital where she was diagnosed with coronavirus on March 10, 2020 and treated.

According to the Gerçek Gündem news portal, Dilek Tunalı who lost her life was the nephew of 24th term Amasya CHP member of parliament Ramis Topal and she was in quarantine for 12 days, coronavirus test results of her family are reported negative.


33-year-old Dilek Tahtalı again tested positive for coronavirus on March 23, 2020 in the report of examination regulated by the Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Education Research Hospital.

Ramis Topal who had an interview with Cumhuriyet newspaper confirmed that his nephew died of coronavirus.

Healthcare professional Dilek Tahtalı had sent out this tweet about symptoms of the illness on March 7, days before Turkey confirmed the first positive coronavirus case.
